Job Title: Experienced Tailor for Ladies' Boutique (No of positions - 2)

Job Summary:

We're seeking an experienced and skilled tailor to join our team at Namaste Wear Apparels, a leading ladies' boutique in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will have expertise in customizing ladies' dress materials, working with various fabrics, and stitching intricate patterns and designs.

Key Responsibilities:

Take measurements, understand customer requirements, and provide expert advice on fabric selection, patterns, and designs.

Stitch and customize ladies' dress materials, including sarees, salwar kameez, lehengas, and other traditional and modern outfits.

Work with various fabrics, such as silk, cotton, georgette, and chiffon.

Interpret and stitch intricate patterns and designs, including those provided by customers through social media references.

Ensure timely completion of orders, maintaining high-quality standards and attention to detail.

Collaborate with the design team to create new designs, patterns, and prototypes.

Requirements:

3+ years of experience as a tailor, preferably in a boutique or fashion house setting.

Expertise in stitching ladies' dress materials, including traditional and modern outfits.

Strong understanding of fabrics, patterns, and designs.

Ability to work with customers, take measurements, and provide expert advice.

Proficient in using industrial sewing machines and hand-stitching techniques.

Ability to meet deadlines, work under pressure, and maintain high-quality standards.

Preferred Qualifications:

Knowledge of current fashion trends and styles.
